(VOvworld) – The National Assembly’s Standing Committee continued its 36^th session on Thursday discussing the revised Law on Administrative and Civil Procedure Code. Most of the delegates agreed that the revised Civil Procedure Code has adopted new regulations which specify contents of the 2013 Constitution and the Law on the Organization of the People’s Court.


Phan Trung Ly, Chairman of the NA’s Committee for Legal Affairs, said the revisions aim to improve the quality of civil trials.
On Friday the NA’s Standing Committee will present questions to Chief Judge of the Supreme People’s Court Truong Hoa Binh and Minister-Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Giang Seo Phu on their managerial responsibility. The question and answer session will be broadcast live on TV and radio.
