(VOVworld) - On Wednesday afternoon, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan begins an official friendship visit to Myanmar at the invitation of her Myanmar counterpart Ma Uyn Khai Than. The 2-day visit is aimed at fostering win-win cooperation between Vietnam and Myanmar in the new context.

During the visit, the legislative leader will attend the 37th General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA 37) which will take place in Nay Pyi Taw from September 29 to October 3.
