A report said from the 10th to 11th meeting of the 13th National Assembly, deputies held 823 meetings with voters and received 2,600 petitions. Many complaints relating to socio-economic issues were discussed at the National Assembly meetings and then sent to the government and relevant ministries and sectors to be resolved.

The Standing Committee asked the government to soon complete a mechanism to coordinate ministries and sectors in dealing with voters’ complaints, and said there should be consequences for failing to resolve a voter’s complaint.
