National vocational contest honours skilled workers
(VOVWORLD) - Contestants from across Vietnam are showing off their vocational skills at the ongoing 10th National Skills Competition.
As many as 520 competitors nationwide registered to participate in the biennial event, which is being organized in Hanoi and the northern province of Ha Nam until Sunday. They will compete in 24 official professions and two other professions, to be held for the 1st time. The best contestants will represent Vietnam at the 12th ASEAN Skills Competition in Thailand in August and September, as well as the 44th World Skills Competition in Russia in August next year.
