(VOVworld) - NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference ahead of a meeting of NATO’s defense ministers on Tuesday that he will meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference later this week.

Over 500 politicians, businessmen, and representatives of the scientific community and human rights organizations from all over the world will attend the Munich Security Conference. NATO and Russia have experienced rising tensions over the conflicts in Ukraine and Syria.
