(VOVworld) - The environment and natural resources sector held their 3^rd patriotism congress in Hanoi on Tuesday. Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai asked the sector to renovate emulation and awarding activities: “The sector should promote administrative reform and the application of information technology, better apply the single window mechanism and minimize administrative procedures, engage in new rural development, national security, border defense and the protection of sea and island sovereignty. Rewards should be presented in a timely manner to outstanding workers.”

77 individuals and organizations have been conferred with certificates of merit from the government and the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment.
