Needy children’s get-together celebrates International Children’s Day
(VOVWORLD) -57 representatives of disadvantaged children across Vietnam attended a get-together in Hanoi on Saturday to mark International Children’s Day, June 1.

At the event, Vice Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Dao Hong Lan pledged more incentive policies and communications programs on child care, education and protection.
“I think this meeting will greatly encourage disadvantaged children as it lets them know that authorities and philanthropists always stay by their side”, Lan said.
