In an interview with the Vietnam News Agency on the eve of the visit, Ambassador Dung said the visit offers an opportunity for the two countries to review their ties over the last 40 years and discuss ways to deepen and expand their co-operation in various fields including agriculture, education and training, clean technology, environmental protection, disaster management, aviation, and tourism.
Mr Dung said the establishment of the bi-lateral Comprehensive Partnership with specific action plans for each period and the exchange of delegations at all levels are vivid examples for the development between Vietnam and New Zealand.
