(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has approved a project to teach Vietnamese online with the goal of preserving the Vietnamese language among overseas Vietnamese and inspire their love for their homeland.

The project will develop basic online programs at six levels that combine lectures, homework, and tests. Learners will be provided with related materials such as phonetic guides, Vietnamese-English bilingual lessons, and handbooks in Vietnamese on folk arts, science, tourism, commerce, and more. A Vietnamese teaching and learning portal will be developed as part of the project.
