(VOVWORLD) - Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Communications and Education Vo Van Thuong has paid Tet visit to Naval Command Zone 2 in Vung Tau province.

He congratulated soldiers and officers’ achievements and called for more efforts to build up a modern army with strengthened combat tactics. He said they should overcome difficulties in the maintenance of military equipment and weapons as well as communications on sea and islands sovereignty.
The same day, Mr. Thuong paid a Tet visit to war veterans in Binh Son commune, Dong Nai province.
