Speaking in a meeting to review the Politbureau Resolution No 26 on the provincial development by 2020, the Party leader and President asked the Politbureau to prioritize projects to support Vinh City’s smart city development and innovation center in the province: “The province should have more aspiration to grow and determined directions to overcome difficulties and join the top provinces in the country. It should have master plan and vision for growth in the next 5 years and 10 years to promote its potential and strengths.”
