North Ireland parties discuss establishment of new government

(VOVWORLD) - North Ireland’s parties met on Wednesday in Belfast to discuss establishment of a legislative body to share power between the parties.

Sinn Fein party leader Michelle O’Neill said she will attend new negotiations with a cooperative spirit, while DUP chief Arlene Foster urged all parties to establish a stable government that benefits the people, the Belfast Telegraph magazine reported.

UK Secretary of State for North Ireland Karen Bradley warned last Thursday that this is the last chance for the parties to reach an agreement.
