(VOVWORLD) - North Korea said Monday it will launch more satellites in accordance with its five-year space development program as it seeks to improve its economy, according to the Rodong Sinmun newspaper.
Experts said North Korea's announced satellite launches are widely seen as covert tests of ballistic missile technology. North Korea is banned from developing ballistic missiles under a number of UN sanctions.
