(VOVworld) - The International Organization of Francophonie (IOF) is organizing two training courses to strengthen international negotiations capacity for Vietnamese diplomats and officials.

The 10-day program which will conclude on Thursday is one of IOF’s projects to encourage the development and use of the French language, the official language of 32 member countries and one of the working languages of the UN. The courses aim to meet Vietnam’s need in human resource training as the country is integrating internationally.
The programs focus on techniques in bilateral and multilateral international negotiations and how to effectively participate in international conferences. Vietnam has been praised for its active participation in IOF programs to develop the French language towards the common growth.
