Donetsk reported on Wednesday that Ukrainian military forces have violated the cease fire regulations 22 times and the situation there has become dangerous since the army has continued to fire artillery into residential areas. Donetsk also accused the Ukrainian troops of using tanks and shooting mortars in the region. The Lugansk People’s Republic has said Ukraine’s armed forces were increasing the transportation of weapons and military units to Debalsevo and Gorlovka.
