Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh said remote and ethnic areas play a crucial role in socio-economic development and national defence strategy.

“We encourage organizations, philanthropists, schools, and families to join hands to support students and improve education in remote mountainous areas. Training should match employment demand and encourage startups by young ethnic people,” Mr. Binh said.
