Addressing the event, Truong Thi Mai, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, said that the Party, State, sectors, and families always pay great attention to children’s comprehensive development. She said: “I hope that the young pioneers will promote the good things, writing another page of the glorious tradition of our predecessors, study harder, implement the 5 teachings of Uncle Ho, and continue to win the trust of their teachers and peers. What you are doing now will be an impetus for you to be good citizens and competent and passionate leaders, who will actively participate in national construction and defense. I believe that you will be a generation to contribute to Vietnam’s industrialization and modernization to become an industrialized nation in 10 or 20 years to come.”
