At a meeting to mark the Union’s 83rd anniversary in Ha Tinh on Wednesday, Vinh said he hopes the nation’s youths will continue the glorious tradition of the Union and the younger generation in national construction and defense. Vinh said:“Youth Unions at all levels and each member should look for new ways to involve young people in volunteer programs. This year we should study the advantages of each province to find appropriate modes of operation. Youth union movements should be widely implemented to create a supportive environment for youths to show off their talents”.
On this occasion, 100 outstanding youth union secretaries at the grassroots level and members across the country were honored with Ly Tu Trong awards.
