(VOVworld) - Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong met voters in Hanoi on Friday to gather their opinions to prepare for the upcoming 9th National Assembly session. He expected better quality in meetings with voters and in their legislative supervision so that the National Assembly serves as true representative of the people.

He said the 9th session will not pass the Law on local government as local administrative model is a difficult issue which as been discussed many times with pilot implementation in several areas. He said local government organization must respect key principles of Party leadership, State management, people’s mastery where people must have supervision role.
