Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong meets voters of Tay Ho district, Hanoi
(VOVworld) – Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and other National Assembly deputies met voters in Tay Ho district, Hanoi on Tuesday.
Voters were informed of the planned agenda of the 2nd session of the National Assembly to be held from October 20 to November 22. They expressed their trust in the leadership of Party Central Committee and the Politburo led by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong for achievements in building a State of the people, for the people and by the people and a facilitating, incorruptible government.
Mr. Trong called economic development a central task, party building a key task, and ensuring security a regular task. He stressed the importance of oversight by the people, the National Assembly, and organizations to make the political system stronger.
