The Party leader said this is an opportunity to pay gratitude to President Fidel, the Party, State and people of Cuba and to honor the exemplary relations, traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba. During talks with the Cuban guest the same day, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh agreed on measures to boost practical cooperation for more comprehensive ties through consultative dialogues and exchanges of experience.
