(VOVworld) – The Prime Minister has approved 3 foreign-invested projects, including a non-refundable ODA project sponsored by the German government for the 2015-2017 period. Called “Recycling energy and energy efficiency”, the project aims to create a systematic foundation for attracting investment in energy recycling and energy efficiency. A second project, sponsored by the US Agency for International Aid in Vietnam, is aimed at improving services and rehabilitation for disabled children in Thai Binh province. The 1.8 million USD project will be carried out in 7 districts of Thai Binh province over the next 4 years. The third project, using loans from the World Bank, will improve water resource and flood management in Vinh Phuc province. With a total investment of 220 million USD, the project will be implemented over 5 years with the goal of improving local flood prevention and mitigating climate change impacts on local people’s lives.
