PM cuts ribbon to inaugurate 5 new air routes in Can Tho
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Saturday attended the inauguration of 5 Viejet’s air routes connecting Can Tho city with Hai Phong, Vinh, Nha Trang, Thanh Hoa, and Da Lat.
Speaking at the event, the Prime Minister said the new air routes will contribute to the development of the southwestern region which has a lot of difficulties in transportation. The Prime Minister said he hoped Vietjet and other Vietnamese airlines will open more air routes to and from Can Tho amid the overload of Tan Son Nhat international airport and uncompleted construction of Long Thanh airport.
