(VOVworld)-Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Tuesday made a fact-finding visit to Division 312, one of the first regular divisions of the Vietnam People’s Army. The Prime Minister urged the Division to create a firm defense system and improve its combat readiness, stressing the unit’s crucial geographical position, which is on the gateway to Hanoi.

Mr. Phuc called on Division 312 to consolidate military discipline and solidarity among soldiers to become a role model for the entire army. Division 312 is stationed in Pho Yen district in the northern province of Thai Nguyen.
