Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc inspects preparations for DPRK-USA Summit to be held in Hanoi on February 27 and 28

He told relevant ministries and agencies that the summit was an important international event that draws attention around the world. He said it’s an honor for Vietnam to serve as a venue for an event which is significant to peace in the region and the world. He asked relevant ministries and agencies to finalize all preparations before the delegations arrive in Vietnam.. The Prime Minister highlighted the media’s important role in promoting the image of Vietnam, a peaceful, friendly, and hospitable country and Hanoi, a city of peace. He expressed his hope that Vietnamese and foreign media houses will contribute to making Vietnam and its achievements after 30 years of renovation better known to the world.
