He appreciated the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s role in rallying people to follow the Party’s guidelines and revolutionary cause in national construction and defense.
He called on people nationwide to have practical activities to enhance national great unity. He urged the authority and people in Mat hamlet striving to reduce poverty, improve people’s general knowledge, and support young people to do business.
