PM: Phu Yen should focus on hi-tech agriculture, processing industry
(VOVWORLD) -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has called on Phu Yen province to capitalize on its comparative advantages for economic development, focusing on hi-tech agriculture and the processing industry.

At a working session with the province on Friday, the PM looked at Phu Yen’s proposals on socio-economic development, infrastructure, and other projects. He gave the green light for the province to hire foreign consultants for devising the socio-economic development plan for the 2021-2030 period and vision until 2050 in line with the Law on Planning. He asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment to assist Phu Yen in organizing bidding for consultancy services.
