Mr. Cuong said: “We have identified hi-tech workers in the 4^th Industrial Revolution are momentum for national development and the goal workers need to achieve. This qualification will enable them to earn higher income and contribute to the development of the country, localities, and businesses. The meeting with Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will create synergy effect and a driving force to national development, which should be based on science and technology rather than cheap labor costs.”
