PM urges for faster capital disbursement, credit growth
(VOVWORLD) - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc stressed that his recent official visit to the US has helped strengthen cooperation between Vietnam and one of its important partners during international integration.

Prime Minister Phuc told the Government's monthly meeting for May on Saturday that the successful visit is mutually beneficial. He pointed out opportunities at home and abroad to promote economic growth. According to a report by the Ministry of Planning and Investment, inflation were under control, FDI and toursim saw relatively high growth, and efforts were being made to tackle difficulties facing businesses. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc said: “We need to increase production in various areas and accelerate the disbursement of investment capital. It’s also important to boost credit growth, which is targeted at 18% this year.”
