Addressing a year-end conference of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology on Tuesday, the Prime Minister said that sufficient resources should be allocated to apply science and technology to production and startup projects. He suggested that the Academy come up with appropriate solutions to the use of natural resources, environmental problems and climate change response.
