(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai, head of the national steering committee for ODA amd preferential loans has asked the Ministry of Finance to quickly complete legal documents on financial mechanisms and policies onthe use of ODA and preferential loans. He asked ministries, sectors, and localities to be more resolute in managing disbursements to reach this year’s target of 5.6 billion USD. He said that greater efforts should be made to remove obstacles to programs and projects with a focus on land clearance and the enforcement of new laws.
