(VOVworld) – A teleconference for training for the policies review program for social beneficiaries during the 2014-2015 period opened in Hanoi on Tuesday. Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Pham Thi Hai Chuyen said that guiding documents will be issued shortly: “This is the first time that all political and social organizations have been involved. Appropriate training and guidance will be needed.”
Vietnam’s social beneficiaries include war martyrs and their relatives, heroic mothers, war invalids, sick soldiers, revolutionaries contaminated with toxic chemicals, contributors to the revolution, and former youth volunteers.
