(VOVworld) – On Tuesday, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee Nguyen Doan Toan received Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Lukas Kaucky, who is visiting Vietnam.

Deputy Minister Kaucky said his visit aims to boost wide-ranging cooperation between Prague and Hanoi. He said Prague wants to share experience and support Hanoi in developing transportation infrastructure, hi-tech waste treatment systems, and tourism. Prague is willing to work with Hanoi in preserving relic sites and promoting their cultural values for tourism development.

Mr. Toan agreed with his guest and pledged that Hanoi will always welcome and support Czech investors.The two sides agreed to collaboration between the Czech Embassy and Hanoi authorities in constructing smart cities.
