President Truong Tan Sang has urged the southern province of Binh Duong to renovate its growth structure and improve economic performance efficiency for sustainable development. Sang was addressing a meeting on Saturday to mark the province’s 15^th merging anniversary on January 1. The President expected that Binh Duong will foster connection with neighboring provinces and become a central class city by 2020.
