President calls for closer coordination between presidential agency and VFF

President Truong Tan Sang has called for closer coordination between the presidential agency and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF). Mr. Sang made the request at a conference to review coordination between the President and the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee on Saturday in Hanoi. President Sang spoke highly of the last year’s achievements, which he said, contributed to the success of the 11th National Party Congress, the 13th National Assembly elections and national development. President Sang stressed: “The President represents the state and the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee represent the people. So we should do our best to fulfill our tasks and functions. The presidential agency realizes that it should rely on the people to do better job and the fatherland front should rely on the state agency to uphold its role to serve the people. So both sides need to work together”.
