President meets outstanding children with disadvantages
(VOVWORLD) -President Tran Dai Quang received 58 outstanding children with disadvantages who have achieved excellence at schools from 11 provinces on Friday in Hanoi.

The President praised their efforts to overcome difficulties to win numerous prizes at their schools. He urged relevant agencies to provide better care and protection for children and equip them with knowledge in laws and skills. He called for more humanitarian work to support Vietnam Fund for Children and contribute to the education, protection and care of children.
