(VOVworld) – President Truong Tan Sang on Tuesday presented the decision to promote Lieutenant General To Lam to Senior Lieutenant General. To Lam is Deputy Minister of Public Security.

At the ceremony, President Sang asked the police force to help fine tune the legal system in line with the 2013 Constitution in order to safeguard national security and social order as well as to protect the legitimate rights of the state and the people. He also asked the police force to continue party building and the movement to follow President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example to meet the requirements of the new phase.
