President Tran Dai Quang congratulates Vladimir Putin on re-election
(VOVWORLD) - President Tran Dai Quang talked by phone on Wednesday with Russian President Vladimir Putin to congratulate him on his re-election.

He expressed his belief that Russia under Putin’s leadership will remain stable and continue to develop. Mr. Quang said the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Russia will develop strongly, benefitting both sides and contributing to peace, stability, cooperation, and development in the region and the world.
Mr. Quang extended the deepest condolences of the Vietnamese leaders and people to the leaders and people of Russia for the loss of lives and property in a fire in Kemerovo city on Sunday.
