President Tran Dai Quang heads to Belarus
(VOVWORLD) -President Tran Dai Quang and his wife on Monday left Hanoi for an official 2-day visit to Belarus at the invitation of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

The visit demonstrates Vietnam’s respect for constantly strengthening ties with Belarus. After Belarus, President Quang will visit Russia from Wednesday to Saturday at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
