(VOVworld) - President Tran Dai Quang met APEC leaders in the framework of the APEC week in Peru.

During his meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, both agreed on positive development of bilateral strategic partnership cooperation and pledged to resolve differences based on mutual benefit, peace, stability and development.In a meeting with Russian President Putin, President Quang suggested close cooperation in the implementation of a free trade deal between Vietnam and Eurasia economic union. He asked for Russia’s facilitation of Vietnamese consumer goods and seafood exports to Russia. President Putin reiterated Russia’s respect to traditional friendship and cooperation with Vietnam.
