President Tran Dai Quang receives Vietnamese-Japanese Special Ambassador Roytaro Sugi

At the function, President Quang praised the Ambassador’s great contribution to bilateral ties over the past 30 years. He expressed his hopes that the Ambassador would initiate more activities to help enhance the extensive strategic partnership between the two countries, particularly in culture, arts, people-to-people exchanges, and cooperation between localities.

Ambassador Sugi said that a Vietnam-Japan Music Festival to mark the 45^th anniversary of Vietnam-Japan diplomatic ties will be held during his visit. He promised to do his best to boost bilateral ties.
