President Tran Dai Quang to visit Cuba, attend the APEC Summit in Peru
(VOVworld)- The Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Wednesday that President Tran Dai Quang will pay an official visit to Cuba from November 15 to November 17 at the invitation of the President of the Cuban State Council and Council of Ministers Raul Castro. He will also attend the 24th APEC Summit in Lima, Peru from November 17 to November 20 at the invitation of Peruvian President Pedro Paplo Kuczynsky.
