(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Fatherland Front held a ceremony in Hanoi on Friday to launch press awards for the cause of great national unity.

VFF President Nguyen Thien Nhan extended his congratulation to journalists and news agencies on the occasion of the 90^th anniversary of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press Day and highlighted their great contributions over the past years. He also expressed his hope that entries to this press award will reflect the activities of authorities at all levels, and public movements attached to the cause of great national unity.

The entries must be in the form of print, radio, television or online journalism and highly public-oriented. The contest is open from June 21^st to September 20^th.
