Press management to improve awareness, contingency response
(VOVWORLD) -The Party Central Committee’s Communications and Education Commission and relevant agencies held a training workshop for media executives on Party guidelines and State policies on Thursday.

Speaking at the event in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Information and Communications, Hoang Vinh Bao, said the training aims to promote information orientation and press management: “In the context of the information boom, social media and official news outlets must be connected and we should extract the positive sides of social media. This requires us to perform more careful verification before publication so that the public have a full view of the issues.”
