Prime Minister attends 65th anniversary ceremony of trade sector
(VOVworld)- PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Sunday attended a ceremony in Hanoi to mark the 65th anniversary of Vietnam’s trade sector.

PM Phuc urged the sector to continue to improve the business climate, increase national competitiveness and implement the project on trade sector’s reform. He said: “It’s important to develop industrial production to turn out highly-competitive products with better export values in the global value chain. Efforts should be made to increase links between enterprises during production and product supply. It’s necessary to develop the support industry for some key sectors, resolutely eliminate ineffective projects and pay attention environmental protection”.
PM Phuc asked to trade sector to boost market management, prevent goods smuggling, counterfeits, and trade frauds and protect consumers’ legitimate rights. On this occasion, he conferred the Ho Chi Minh order on the trade sector.
