(VOVworld) - Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Hanoi authorities have reviewed plan to develop Nhat Tan – Noi Bai masterplan.

He agreed on suggestions to design a unique plan to develop the urban area while making full use of Red River banks.
During a working session on Thursday, the Prime Minister asked ministries to cooperate with Hanoi in the local zoning while successfully implement the yearly socio-economic development plan.
