(VOVworld)- Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Monday left Hanoi for an official visit to Russia and for attending a high-level meeting to mark the 20th anniversary of ASEAN-Russia relations.
The 5-day visit is to implement the foreign policy set out by the 12th National Party Congress and to strengthen the Vietnam-Russia strategic comprehensive partnership.
