Deputies asked the Minister of Construction questions about state management in construction master plans, urban architecture and infrastructure, land management in connection with transport in urban areas. Minister Pham Hong Ha said his Ministry will consult the Government on regulations to improve master planning and review standards while strengthening public supervision in implementation. Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung told the session that sectoral and construction master plans must take into account climate change impacts while keeping a good balance on property supply and demand.
