During Wednesday’s working session with provincial authorities, Thinh said Quang Ngai needs to develop its industry and accelerate poverty reduction by making use of the State’s sustainable poverty reduction and new rural development schemes. In addition to socio-economic development, Thinh called for more attention to national defence and security. She said people in the fishing sector should be educated about the laws of the sea.
