Head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Organization Pham Minh Chinh attends a meeting on March 1, 2019 in the National University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Hanoi.

"This is a great opportunity for research and training agencies, as well as researchers to dedicate their wisdom and energy to national development," said Mr. Chinh while attending the first meeting of the university’s Policy Consultation Council on Friday morning in Hanoi. He added that he's confident that the university and the council, with its many prestigious professors, doctors, and researchers, will make significant additions to the  compilation of documents for the 13^th National Party Congress.
